They hit a home run. I have an older vehicle which needed new tires, brakes, struts and a much needed oil change. I scheduled a appointment they had to keep her over night but it was worth it. New Hurclese tires ride smooth and are very quiet. New struts further smoothed out the ride. And, oh boy she now stops on a dime. We couldn't be happier. We now have a new service shop. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping to keep our vehicles in tip top shape.

Great people, great service and attitudes highly recommended

Truck began having issues as I was approaching the Marion exit with many hours to go to reach my destination. Brought it over to Interstate Tire Pros the next morning, without an appointment. Dustin and the rest of the crew were definitely total pros from the minute I walked in the door, understanding my situation. They had diagnosed the issue within an hour and had me back on the road before 1pm for less than $300. Such a better experience than anticipated when pulling off the freeway the night before!

I purchased a set of Hercules tires as well as wanted an oil change and a front axle brake job. One side was steel to steel and needed a new rotor, brake pads and caliper. (Almost embarrassed that I work on trucks for a living and my pickup truck is in this shape) Also found the right wheel hub assembly needed replaced due to heating. To say the least these guys go above and beyond and will not sell you something you don’t need. I won’t trust anyone else to touch my Silverado! I’ve had a slow leak in my tire for weeks and every other establishment I went to would have had me waiting for hours! I walked into Interstate and was greeted immediately and my issue was taken care of within a half an hour! Dustin and his crew were super nice and quick! I highly recommend and will be bringing my family’s vehicle needs here from now on.
